The restaurant Burgundy by Matthieu is a veritable mecca for the wine lovers of Lyon. It possesses one of the greatest collections of Burgundy wines in the whole of France, with some 1000 references sourced from 80 producers.
The exceptional cellar at Burgundy by Matthieu includes a large selection of appellations essentially from the Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and Chablis, from the Villages to the greatest and most prestigious Grands Crus.

Our Chef Matthieu Girardon gives preference to local, seasonal produce in creating his dishes, which we invite you to pair with the wines from our extraordinary cellar.
